Blue Star Garage – Limited Warranty and conditions
Blue Star Garage will provide limited warranty on labor and parts for 90 days or 5000 km, from date or delivery Km, on Invoice, whichever comes first and is limited only to Labor & physical Parts supplied, subject to the following:
- Limited Warranty covers only to the job done and physical parts supplied and does not cover the cost of additional parts and labour that may be required to restore vehicle to its proper working condition.
- During the limited warranty period Blue Star Garage will repair or replace, at no charge, parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
- No warranty on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and After Market Parts unless specified.
- No warranty on
- electrical items and components.
- second-hand or used items.
- Items that are subjected to fail due to wear and tear, e.g., rubber items, hoses, break pads etc.
- parts supplied by customer
- Limited Warranty is void if improper handling of vehicle, criminal or malicious damage, fire, theft or vehicle used for competitive motorsport or as a taxi/mini-cab.
- Limited Warranty is void if non-compliance with manufacturers service instructions or instruction given by Blue Star Garage or ignoring vehicle warning indications by driver/s.
- Limited Warranties will not apply if customer does not authorize the fitting of all additional parts considered necessary for replacement to restore vehicle to proper working condition.
- Warranty is void if any repair is subsequently carried out elsewhere without consent of Blue Star Garage.
- Warranty starts from date and KM upon Delivery of vehicle or Invoice which ever comes first.
- No Warranty if Invoices are not settled in full.
- Limited Warranty on paint jobs up to 2 years from fading and or pealing, subject to normal use.
- Warranties do not extend to any monetary or compensatory claim, in particular consequential or additional losses
